E-filing is one of the most widely used information technology-based media for reporting annual tax return (SPT) individual taxpayers. The purpose this study to determine success factors implementing e-filing system Generation Z (Gen Z) using DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. data sampling method was purposive with a total 100 Gen taxpayers in Greater Jakarta area. sample obtained from online questionnaire Research were analyzed SEM-PLS method. results show that quality has significant effect on use but does not have user satisfaction.
